Caregiver Appreciation
Our caregivers are the important individuals who really impact our clients' lives. We want to show them our appreciation by honoring them and the hard work they put in.
Each month we select one person to be awarded our Caregiver of the Month and then an annual winner is selected from those each January. Winners are given a small gift and featured here on our website! We look for caregivers who exhibit the following qualities for our team:
- Demonstrate exemplary commitment to making a difference in the lives of their clients and teams
- Reliable, dependable, and communicative
- Willing to do more than what is expected

Our January Care Professional of the Month is Demarea R. Demarea has been a team member since 2022, caring primarily for our wonderful veterans. She cared for the same veteran for the last year of his life, acting as a familiar and friendly face during his transition from home into a community, and providing him companionship and support up to the last few days of his life.
Demarea is a wonderful representation of our core values of person-centered care and service. We are so grateful to have her on our team.
