The Jackson Alzheimer's Memory Walk

Right at Home South Central Michigan partnered with the Alzheimer's Association Great Lakes Chapter to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's disease. The event was held on September 15th 2017 in Downtown Jackson at the Horace Blackman City Park.

 An evening "glow walk" around the downtown Jackson area to raise awareness for Alzheimer's Disease. Our Right at Home team raised almost $300. The Jackson community as a whole raised nearly $42,000.00!
