Hosted by Compassionate Ministries of JaxNaz Church

This is a community event & open to the public. We will have Health Care vendors providing information for Caregivers, Seniors & decision makers on issues relating to older citizens. 
The purpose is to share information on resources and services available in Jackson county & surrounding areas. 

Community Educators will include:
Home Care Services, Assisted Living & Rehab Communities, Hearing Aid Services, Lawyers, Senior Programs, Long Term Care Centers, Veteran’s Affairs, Placement Services, Resource Guides, Senior Services Organizations, The Alzheimer’s Association & Hospice Companies
