My mom's caregiver Kim is very watchful over her. A couple weeks ago, my mom had an episode where her blood pressure dropped, and Kim kept my mom from falling to the floor. She then acted quickly and professionally, calling an ambulance. I like how we got a really good caregiver that both my mom and dad have accepted. It's really important that the caregiver was a 'good fit' into their household, and she did!
