A free, informative, inspirational and FUN program for cancer patients, their caregivers and loved ones.

Program Agenda:

• Program blessing by Chaplain Kimberly McCown-Jones
• Stress and distress management – understand what you are feeling and why. Tools to help you manage your feelings.
• Chair yoga with Caroline Dawson – wear comfortable clothing
• Breathing techniques
• Mindfulness exercise – gentle movement
• Meditation on loving kindness 

Snacks and beverages will be provided. 

Right at Home of Sylvania and Toledo will be sponsoring the event and a raffle will be held.
