That means it's always about the people we serve and our dedicated team of caregivers and office members who work tirelessly to care for clients. We live and breathe our mission every day, with the goal of helping you navigate the journey. These are the people who work to bring you and your loved ones the highest caliber of in‑home care.
Renee Pfister, Owner
Renee Pfister is the owner of Right at Home serving Greenville, Anderson, Pickens, and Oconee counties. Renee has been caring for loved ones since she was a teenager. At the age of 13, her grandfather suffered a stroke and moved into her family’s home so that they could care for him during his recovery. After his passing, she assisted her mother in tending to her grandmother. Caring for people has been second nature to Renee because of these experiences. This is what led her to Right at Home. “I know that owning a business requires a lot of hard work and dedication. If I put forth the time and energy required to do so, I want it to make a difference in people’s lives. I know that when I lay my head on the pillow at night, I can rest easy knowing that I did everything that I could to help others.”
Renee serves on the Oconee Memorial Hospital Foundation Board. She helps to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Association, Foothills Hospice House in Seneca and the ALS association. Renee moved to the Seneca area and helped her husband establish his endodontic practice in Clemson before starting Right at Home. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, swimming, traveling and being outdoors with her husband and children. “Time is our most valuable resource and we have to make the best of it by spending it with the people we love.”
Jennie Perkins, Operations Manager
Jennie is the Operations Manager for Right at Home. She has been with Right at Home for four years and manages out of our Clemson location. Jennie’s passion for seniors and providing exceptional home care services began when her Grandmother was diagnosed with dementia. She experienced the need of using outside resources to provide care for her grandmother in the comfort of her own home; it became a passion for her. Jennie has expanded her career knowledge by becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Dementia Live Coach and a Compassionate Touch Coach.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Her children are active in baseball and basketball in the Seneca and Westminster areas. Her evenings and weekends are filled with sporting events and spending quality time with her family.
Sabrina Swafford, Operations Manager
Sabrina joined the team in April 2022 as one of the Operations Managers for Right at Home Upstate and works in the location in Clemson, South Carolina. She comes to Right at Home with seven years of experience in Home Care and loves every aspect of helping the senior community. She has a passion for scheduling and establishing and beginning care for new clients. Sabrina’s WHY in senior home care became abundantly clear when she helped care for her grandfather on hospice care in 2020 alongside her mother. Sabrina learned firsthand the importance of quality of care for seniors and the responsibility that caregivers are faced with within the full circle of senior care in the home. This made her understand what families and caregivers are feeling throughout the entire process and helped her solve tough situations in the future for others.
Sabrina was born and raised in the Seneca area only around fifteen minutes from the Clemson office. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, Bronson who is extremely active in all sports, and most of her evenings are filled with cheering him on in the stands!

Lisa decided to bring mom home with 24-hour in-home care. Lisa says that this personal experience along with her professional background led her to pursue a career dedicated to helping seniors stay at home. Lisa says her greatest reward is being able to create a customized care plan for her clients which allows them to remain independent and be at home with safety, dignity, and respect. Knowing she has helped someone to remain in their home where all their memories were made thru out the years is why I love doing this. There really isn’t a greater gift than that.
