Meet The Owner
Naomi Cotrone has a background in working with disabled adults and senior citizens, and a genuine love for helping others. In 2015, she partnered with her brother Asher Fink to introduce Right at Home to Rhode Island to make a positive impact in the local community.
Born and raised in Warwick, R.I., Naomi recognized early in life that her passion was providing the highest possible quality of care and service to her community. After acquiring a degree in hotel management from Bay Path College, she began her career at the local branch of a large international hotel chain, learning to manage effective service delivery.
While working at the hotel, Naomi’s grandmother broke her hip and started receiving in-home care. Naomi immediately noticed that the care was not up to par, so she chose to personally deliver the necessary care she felt her grandmother was entitled to.
Naomi became interested in working with young adults with disabilities, so she became a job coach to help provide them with safe and supervised opportunities within a work environment. Within the same year, her grandmother passed away, making her realize she wanted to provide better care for seniors within her community, as well. Naomi saw an opportunity to provide companion care to both the elderly and adults with disabilities, and to get them out in the community, to places of worship, or wherever they needed and wanted to go.
Naomi soon decided to start her own in-home care business where her responsibilities ranged from companion care to skilled nursing. After eight years, Naomi felt that she could expand her services and community reach by bringing the first Right at Home office to the state. Her experience and passion, combined with Right at Home's proven system, will ensure members of the community have access to the care they need.
