Monica Mercer | Care Team Manager
My name is Monica Mercer, I am originally from Los Angeles California and have lived in Houston now for 5 years. I graduated with my B.S. in Healthcare Administration. I have 14 years of Healthcare experience with over 6 of those years in management/homecare. I am a published author, and love decorating, traveling, and spending time with my family. I joined Right at home to truly make a difference in the lives of clients and their families. My mission is to work with all our care staff to ensure we are enhancing each of our clients quality of life.
Latonya Coleman | Care Team Coordinator
My name is Latonya Coleman. I moved to Houston from the tiny town where I grew up in Louisiana two years ago. Of all the amazing sights to see here and things to do in this grand city, the food is my favorite part. There are so many great places to choose from here, I never get bored.
My background is in customer service and personnel management. I applied for my position with Right at Home and was granted an interview the next day with Mindy. She hired me on the spot and I've been managing our office ever since. It's a big job and I love it! Our staff and caregivers are all such dedicated, nice people, I feel blessed to be a part of this team.
Bobbie Shores | Care Coordinator
My name is Bobbie Shores. I was a volunteer caregiver from 2011-2013 and have been working in the homecare industry since 2014 performing all duties relating to the management of an agency.
I grew up in Bristol, England and moved to Texas in 2009. My husband and I have been together since 2012 and now we have two small boys; Parker and Wyatt. We also have two dogs, an English Bulldog named Tyson and a Lab mix named Care. Growing up, my Mother was a caregiver which is what ignited my passion of caring for others. Family is very important to me, which is why I want all of my clients to feel like they’re being cared for by family.

I am Juan Villa, I speak Spanish and English and I am the recruiter for this great team. My mission is to bring the best caregiver talent to our clients' homes.

JoAnn Horadam | Scheduler
My name is JoAnn Horadam and I am the scheduler for Right at Home the Woodlands. I am from South Central Texas where I started working as a caregiver while getting my Bachelor’s and learned how much I enjoy helping others, especially elderly.
I have enjoyed the past 3 years being hands on with our clients. Now I am helping by coordinating and maintaining the schedules for our clients and caregivers. I strive to find the best fit to meet their individual needs. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and reading.
