Circle of Friends - Memory Care article

Right at Home Central Maryland, along with the Frederick County Department of Aging and the Alzheimer's Association Greater Maryland Chapter, organize the Circle of Friends - Memory Cafe and More program. The Memory Cafe program is a place where people with dementia, their caregivers, family and friends, and social and health professionals can gather to enjoy social time, a meal and support. Recently an article from The Frederick News-Post highlighted this program that holds two monthly Memory Cafes in the Frederick County area.
