Home Care Services
Greg and Jackie Brewer, Owners
Greg has been the President and Co-owner of Right at Home franchise in Winston-Salem, North Carolina since 2004, with his wife and partner, Jackie, Assistant Agency Director.
Jackie’s past work experience in marketing and client relations for community non-profits and corporations has served her well as she manages operations for Right at Home.
Greg’s previous career experience included corporate executive positions with several Fortune 500 corporations as vice-president of human resources specializing in recruiting, organizational development, training, quality and diversity.
The Brewers started the local franchise of Right at Home because of the increasing need for elder care caused by people living longer. This was a situation they had experienced themselves with the care of their own aging grandparents who suffered from dementia and Alzheimer’s. The Brewers helped to implement the initial Hospital to Home Pilot Program with Novant Health’s Forsyth Medical Center. This successful and innovative program is currently operating in hospitals in the Triad and around the country to help reduce hospital readmission rates.
The Brewers actively support and volunteer with many local non-profit organizations as a means of giving back to the communities in which they serve. Greg has been a leader in the Northwest North Carolina American Red Cross, Shepherd’s Center of Winston Salem, YMCA of Winston Salem, and Reynolda Rotary Club of Rotary International. Greg is currently a board member of the Clemmons Novant Hospital Advisory Board, the Twin City Development Foundation and Vice-Chairman of Winston Salem First. Jackie is a current board member of the SECU Family House, Shepherd’s Center of Winston Salem, Love Out Loud/Gift Mart and Parkinson’s Winston-Salem Moving Day.
