Your Career as a Caregiver
A Note about COVID-19
Now, more than ever, it’s clear how essential caregivers really are. The people we serve rely on our caregivers, not just for companionship during a time of isolation, but also for assistance with their basic needs. Without dedicated caregivers, many seniors and adults with disabilities would be left with little support. You can make all the difference.
When you become a caregiver, no day will ever be exactly the same as the last. No matter what type of caregiving you provide, you will always have a wide variety of duties and experiences.
And that’s important to us.
Caregivers are the heart of Right at Home Greensboro. We know our company couldn’t exist without you, which is why it’s so important to us to keep your passion strong and to ensure your needs are met.
Improving the quality of life for those that we serve and that includes you. Our professional team of caregivers is what makes our business thrive. Our caregivers truly make a positive impact to those in their care every day. Without their hard-work, compassion, and dedication, we would be unable to fulfill our mission of improving the quality of life for those we serve.

Hear What Our Caregivers Are Saying
"The staff is good, and the management is awesome. They did a lot of hands-on training before I started. They do a lot of recognition through emails and parties. They always have the proper information about client for me. They know my strengths and weaknesses."
- Bryson
"They are flexible, and workable with your schedule if you have other jobs. The training was helpful, and they made sure we had all the information that was needed. They make sure they recognize us with phone calls, gifts cards, cookouts, and gift bags. The communication is very good. They match you with somebody that's similar to you, and if not, they are willing to change that."
- April
