This year is testing us all. I truly believe we can come out on the other side with more efficient care models for our seniors and for business in general.
We are becoming more comfortable with video conferences and honestly, discovering more efficient ways of communication. Gone are the days when everything was a meeting gobbling up our valuable time, when it could have been an email or phone call.
If only people would stop replying ALL to group emails..

Belinda with Right at Home is currently hosting weekly video meetings. Tuesdays at 5pm for cocktail hour or Wednesdays at 3pm for coffee break.
We usually have a good turn out and discuss topics ranging from COVID-19 containment, HR, unemployment requests, quarantine, sales & marketing, virtual tours for new move ins, virtual onboarding and recruitment and not to mention, our own sanity..
Each meeting usually have an attorney in attendance as well in order to answer questions and give us a fresh update on current mandates and regulations.
