Your Career as a Caregiver
A Note about COVID-19
Now, more than ever, it’s clear how essential caregivers really are. The people we serve rely on our caregivers, not just for companionship during a time of isolation, but also for assistance with their basic needs. Without dedicated caregivers, many seniors and adults with disabilities would be left with little support. You can make all the difference.
When you become a caregiver, no day will ever be exactly the same as the last. No matter what type of caregiving you provide, you will always have a wide variety of duties and experiences.
And that’s important to us.
Caregivers are the heart of Right at Home Gulfport. We know our company couldn’t exist without you, which is why it’s so important to us to keep your passion strong and to ensure your needs are met.

Care to Make a Difference? Care With Right at Home Pass Christian
Right at Home Pass Christian offers insurance (medical, dental, vision) after 6 months of employment. We also offer a 90 day to PCA (Personal Care Assistant) program, where if you are a Homemaker Companion, we will train you in a 90 day time frame that includes utilizing tests, reading material and on the job hands on training. We also hold Quarterly Mandatory Meetings with a full training at each meeting, keeping our caregiver trained and engaged.
Our phones are answered 24/7 by office staff, not an answering service, so the person answering knows what is going on. We want our caregivers to know they have the support they need, whenever that support is needed.
Supportive Company Culture
Right at Home Pass Christian offers a great company culture of support and commitment not only to our clients but also to our team members. Caregivers are the lifeblood of the organization, and we strive to create a positive experience for everyone. We believes ongoing caregiver training and caregiver recognition are key elements in keeping caregivers long term. We provide a friendly, professional, inclusive, and supportive environment.
