Why Right at Home?
Right at Home Metro Little Rock provides flexible scheduling, with full time and part time shifts available, and works hard to find good matches between clients and caregivers. We offer weekly pay as we know our caregivers work hard and we want to reward them for that weekly. There is a monthly in-service training on our online training platform as well as quarterly drop-in in-service trainings in our office that we offer as well. Our support of our caregivers is 24/7. We don't have an answering service, instead when someone calls after hours, it's someone with Right at Home Metro Little Rock who knows them, knows their clients and truly cares.
Our office has a great culture of support and commitment not only to our clients but also to our team members. Caregivers are the lifeblood of the organization, and we strive to create a positive experience for everyone.
