Our mission has always been to improve the quality of life for the seniors and adults with disabilities we serve. That means it's always about the people we serve and our dedicated team of caregivers and office members who work tirelessly to care for clients. We live and breathe our mission every day, with the goal of helping you navigate the journey.
These are the people who work to bring you and your loved ones the highest caliber of in‑home care.
Albert Eshoo - Owner
His work with Morgan Stanley led Albert to work in Hong Kong for six years. After getting married in 1999, Albert and his wife, Joyce Barocas, resettled in New York City in 2003.
Albert’s personal experience with caring for a senior
“My aunt and uncle who live in Westchester are now in their 80s. My uncle had a hip replaced but waited so long to receive surgery that he had to go into a rehab facility to prep for surgery. My aunt is in the beginning stages of dementia. My sister and I are their main support system. Helping them has been an eye-opening and educational experience. This process highlighted for us how important it is for people to stay in their homes as long as possible,” says Albert Eshoo.
In 2014, He and his wife decided to launch a new career providing support to families who need extra assistance in caring for their loved ones; they opened a Right at Home Office in Lower Manhattan. “I’ve loved Manhattan since I was just a kid. It is tremendously rewarding to help people stay here and take advantage of all that it has to offer for as long as they can,” said Albert.
Besides work, Albert enjoys cycling, sea-kayaking and playing squash in New York City. He has also been a dedicated volunteer with organizations such as New York Squash, Heartshare, New York Cares and StreetSquash: An Urban Enrichment Program.

Tracey Harris - Staffing Coordinator
Tracy has worked in the home-care field for over twenty years. She loves the interaction with the diverse population that New York City boasts.
“I’ve always done my best to help those in need both on the job and off. I believe that communication is essential to getting along in life and especially in home-care.”
She started her career as a Home Health Aide. The job enabled her to select caregivers who have that extra something to be the perfect fit for clients.
Babbie Jacobs - Caregiver
Babbie owned a wilderness mountaineering guide service in Alaska. She has been an adventurer, entrepreneur and a community development activist. Currently residing in New York, Babbie works with a charity organization in marketing, developmental work for nonprofit campaigns that focused on social justice and community outreach.
Claire Grandpierre - Caregiver
Claire is a native New Yorker but has lived, studied and worked around the globe, including the Bay Area in California, Hong Kong, Wales, England and Paris. In 2008, her mother became ill with ALS and passed away in 2012. Her mother had many kind and supportive caregivers who significantly enhanced her life, as well as Claire's and that of her family. Claire would like to give back in the same vein as the caregivers she met and relied on. This is why Claire is pleased to work for Right at Home and to provide some very important work.
Diane Green - Caregiver
Diane was formerly an esthetician at Elizabeth Arden. She has volunteered at the American Cancer Society’s “Look Good Feel Better” Program since 2012 and served as a make-up artist / beauty consultant for cancer patients. With her expertise in beauty techniques, Diane helped female cancer patients to combat the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment.
Susan Levine - Caregiver
Susan worked as a social worker and volunteer coordinator for over ten years with Elderplan and Heights & Hills serving older adults. She is an avid cyclist and a member of The Weekday Cyclist.
