#FeedTheFrontLine
New York City is a hotspot of this terrible Corona Virus pandemic and New Yorkers are doing our part by being on PAUSE (Policies Assure Uniform Safety for Everyone), we’re staying in our homes and away from each other. At the same time, everyday frontline health care professionals are risking their health to help save lives, comfort patients and stem the progress of COVID-19.
“It’s hard to watch the effect the Corona Virus is having on our health care professionals and watching our neighborhood business’ close.” said Albert Eshoo, Director of Right at Home of Lower Manhattan. To show appreciation to health care workers, and help local restaurants, the catering site ezcater set up #FeedTheFrontLine which sends meals from local restaurants to local hospitals.
We thought sending meals to local hospitals was a great idea and a great way to express gratitude to health care professionals and at the same time a good way to support local restaurants, we selected Mount Sinai Beth Israel. We donated some meals to our friends at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, and we encourage you to help show appreciation for our frontline health care professionals, by participating too.
If you are looking for a way to help at this time #FeedTheFront at ezcater is an impactful way. You select the hospital and how many workers you would like to support.
