Rick and Diane Carson are members of the community who are passionate about senior care because of our personal experiences

Rick Carson

CFO, President and Owner

Rick has been a business owner for 40 years and married to Diane for 44 years. He's a graduate of Cal State Fresno and the father of three wonderful children. Rick is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys kayaking, cycling, shooting, travel and classic cars including his 1940 Chevy pickup and 1956 Ford Thunderbird. He is a passionate supporter of Free Wheelchair mission and has delivered wheelchairs to the disabled and elderly in the Philippines, Mexico and Viet Nam. Rick is also involved in church activities and previously worked with the Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue team. He is blessed to have his father live nearby, and his mother was the first client Right at Home Modesto served; Rick understands the challenges that family caregivers face because he has been through it himself.

Diane Carson, COO, Vice President and Owner

Married to Rick for 44 years, Diane is an integral part of Right at Home. She previously worked for a church and together they owned a building supply company. She finds owning Right at Home Modesto an extremely rewarding career path. As a proud cancer survivor, Diane understands many of the struggles her clients face. Among her many passions are gardening, kayaking, bicycling and traveling. She loves to drive to the mountains and ocean. Rick and Diane are deeply involved with Free Wheelchair Mission, a charity that delivers durable and affordable wheelchairs to needy people across the globe. They are also members of the Big Valley Grace Community Church are very proud of their three successful children!
