Caregiver Appreciation Event

Right at Home believes in recognizing the efforts of their caregivers in providing such compassionate care for our clients. We held two separate events, one a hosted breakfast and the other a hosted lunch, in order to be flexible to people's schedules.  This was open to the entire caregiving staff. There were 15 total who attended the events. Both days we served a meal, breakfast the first day and lunch the second, we also held a raffle each day, everyone who attended was included in the raffle and we gave away a Right at Home tumbler filled with goodies and a $25 gas gift card.

Having small groups in to sit, eat, and talk about themselves and learn more about here in the office was really nice. We always look forward to the time we can sit and be with our staff away from their caregiving duties. Food brings everyone together, a good meal is a great platform to sit down and enjoy one another's time, and we enjoy doing goodie giveaways of things that we know will help make our staff's lives a little easier and make them feel appreciated.
