Thank you to all that attended the Cypress Senior Center's Resource Fair! The opportunity to meet the Cypress senior community and with Orange County authorities is always a welcomed experience for us. This event connected great people with great resources and that's something we will always support.
We were thankful that we were able to meet local seniors from churches around the area. Being able to connect with these ladies was amazing. The opportunity to speak about Bill Creasey with Logos Bible Software and provide resources to help further understanding and Bible teachings a blessing for us!

Answering Questions on Alzheimer's
We were also able to learn from others such as Gincy Heins. From Alzheimer's Orange County, Gincy Heins shared and listened to about both of our different experiences in caring for someone with Dementia. As a local expert on Alzheimer's and other dementias we look forward to working together with Gincy to help educate and answer difficult questions surrounding Alzheimer's and dementia.
Creating Dementia Friendly Communities
As we seek to educate the Cypress community on Alzheimer's and dementia we were able to begin working with local authorities such as, law enforcement, fire fighters, and other businesses on creating Dementia-friendly & Age-friendly programs with our Dementia Live training program. Randy Harper, from the Orange County Fire Authority began a discussion about helping fire departments become more empathetic towards those they encounter with Alzheimers' and dementia. Thank you Randy for taking steps to impact the Orange County senior community for the better!
Helping People Pay For The Care They Need
US Capital Corporation has been a wonderful resource for the families we care for. US Capital owners Jim and Debbie Sugden have been long time friends. They help adult children with solutions to paying for home care in a preventively manner. Their work keeps seniors home safe and healthy and we are thankful every time we see them!
