Put simply, our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. Most of our staff have or have had loved ones in need of care. In-home care is very personal and important to us. We truly take pride in improving the lives of others. Right at Home hires loving care-staff who are specially trained to provide care services. We believe our caregivers and care services can help your loved ones maintain independence for as long as possible, within the comfort of their own home.

Our History
During his years working as a hospital administrator, our founder Allen Hager watched many patients, especially seniors, leave the hospital and return home. But they did not necessarily return to health. Allen found that, once at home, a lot of his former patients were unable to care for themselves. He knew that with a little help, most of these people could lead healthy, happy lives in their homes. This became the idea for Right at Home.
After talking to dozens of families about the challenges they faced and what kinds of care would help, he became a certified nursing assistant to experience firsthand the needs of people who required professional assistance to continue living at home.
Today, with the help of Allen’s insights, Right at Home has grown to over 600 locations that serve tens of thousands of clients across the U.S. and around the world.
