Crystal Robbins
Office Manager
Crystal joined the Princeton Right at Home team in 2020. She has a B.S. in Health Services Management and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Human Resource Management. She has worked in the healthcare industry for over six years. Crystal’s love for the geriatric population and helping others is what led her to Right at Home. She is passionate about helping people to maintain their independence and quality of life by hiring caregivers that assist in meeting the standards of our RightCare philosophy. Through focused staff training and development, she ensures that our clients are sure to receive the care they need.
Cheri Beck
Sales & Marketing
Cheri joined Right at Home in 2009 and has 30 plus years helping seniors navigate the health care system. Health Care needs that are unique to their changing needs. Cheri attended Concord University and began her career in Home Care in Home Oxygen as the marketing director for a national oxygen Company. She also has experience in Hospice and Medical Home Health.
Scarlett Thompson, RN, BSN
Registered Nurse
Scarlett Thompson started as a Personal Care RN in the summer of 2017. She has worked in orthopedics as well as pediatrics. She also was a RN Case Manager for Hospice Compassus. She has always worked in some facet of healthcare. She attended Bluefield State College where she obtained a degree in Business Management. She received her LPN certification in 2008. In 2012, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Besides nursing and taking care of others, her passion is her two daughters, husband, and her fur babies.
Shawn Cochran
Registered Nurse
Shawn has been a registered nurse for about 5 years. He graduated from Bluefield State College in 2018 where he also met his beautiful wife, Deidra Cochran, who is also a nurse that graduated with him in the same program. He has worked with Right at home for 2 years, starting as the Personal Care nurse for Beckley and now the Waiver nurse for Princeton. He also performs assessments with our Veterans and works with VAMC to bring more patients onboard. He appreciates how far this company goes to take care of our patients, caregivers, and administrative staff. He said, “This has been by far, the best place I've ever worked.”
Tori Bowman
Care Coordinator
Tori joined the Right at Home team as a caregiver in 2018 and was promoted to Care Coordinator in 2022. She is a graduate of Bluefield State University with a Regents Bachelor of Arts degree. She enjoys helping people and ensuring our clients are getting the care they need.
Katelyn Shrewsbury
Care Coordinator
Katelyn joined the Right at Home team in 2021 and has over six years of experience working in the healthcare industry. Katelyn enjoys working in healthcare because it is a very emotionally rewarding profession. She says it is an incredible feeling to know that she is helping someone improve their quality of life by providing them with efficient care. She handles scheduling, insurance eligibility, billing, and payroll in the Princeton office and assists in the Beckley office as needed.
Beth Thomas
Director of Nursing
Beth Thomas joined Right at Home in December 2009. She has been a Registered Nurse for 33 years and has a long history working in this industry. Her love for the senior population drives her to provide the best care possible to ensure a good quality of life for them.
Nicki Nesmith
Recruiting Coordinator
Nicki is a WV native who has worked in several different fields over the years. After volunteering and being a staff member with two different non-profit organizations who have served the elderly population, she found her passion for helping others. She came to work for Right at Home in 2020 as she saw the needs our WV seniors have and wanted to continue to help them and those who care for them.
Angi Jones
Billing/Payroll
Angi has always loved helping people. She discovered this about herself while she was in high school and became involved in the school’s IDD program and she volunteered for the Special Olympics. She continued in that kind of work until 2006, when she began working in management. She continued her management career with an emphasis on billing/payroll since 2008 and joined the Right at Home team in 2019. Angi knew immediately that this is where she belonged.
Chris Kerns
Billing/Payroll
Chris graduated from WV Wesleyan College in 2005 with an Accounting Degree. After working with his parents at their business for several years until their retirement in 2014, Chris worked briefly with another company and received his insurance license. He joined Right at Home in 2019 to provide billing and payroll support to all four of our office locations.
