Introducing A New Video Series: Ask The Expert

At Right at Home, we’re thrilled to introduce our new video podcast series, Ask the Expert, a platform where you can have your questions about in-home care answered directly by our team of experts.

Message from the Owner:

Ben Solomon, the owner of Right at Home, shared the inspiration behind Ask the Expert. Over the years, he explained, we have received countless questions from prospects, clients, families, caregivers, and the public. These inquiries often cover a broad range of topics, including:

• How does in-home care services work?  Who is eligible for care?

• What is Right at Home’s approach to in-home care?

• What are the best processes that should be followed to ensure quality care?

• How do I access my Long-Term Care Insurance Policy?  Tips and Tricks.

• Specialized topics from various departments such as accounting, care coordination, nursing, and human resources

In response to these inquiries, Ask the Expert will bring insights directly from our staff and from community partners, with team members ready to address these frequently asked questions.

What to Expect:

Each episode of Ask the Expert will feature different experts sharing their knowledge on key in-home care topics. This setup allows us to provide detailed answers from working directly with clients and their families.
