Louisiana Professional Women's Association 

The Louisiana Professional Women's Association had their February meeting and Ethel Harris, RN, Administrator for Right at Home - Slidell was a guest. The LPWA uses the power of positive peer support coupled with trend-setting information on topics needed to move your goals forward. The guest speaker was Brandy Manguno, Yoga and Fitness Specialist. She spoke about the power of conscious breathing techniques as well as ways to approach a healthier lifestyle. LPWA meets on the first Wednesday of each month at the Tchefuncta Country Club in Covington, LA.
