Caregiver Recognition
At Right at Home West Orange County, we greatly appreciate our wonderful caregivers for all of their hard work. In recognition of their achievements we began the caregiver of the month program. The criteria we use to pick the monthly winner includes: (1) Time & Attendance (those that are always on time and never call off shifts without a good reason or without proper notice) (2) Customer and Peer Reviews (receive positive feedback from clients they care for and from their care teams) (3) Availability to work (be willing to pick up extra shifts on short notice) and (4) Communication & Notes (be accurate and diligent with your care notes, incident reports and verbal communication with office, clients and families).
