Right at Home Winthrop always strives to give our clients the very best care there is. We truly love and care about each one of our clients. Their satisfaction is our top priority. We do this by:
- Carefully selecting caregivers who match our client's personalities, hobbies and more.
- We provide ongoing caregiver training by bringing in local industry leaders to train our caregivers on hospice services, patient's rights, teamwork, nutrition, community resources, elder abuse, dementia and more.
- Regular home visits from our CNA supervisor or client's home to check on their progress, changes in conditions, etc.
- We stay in close contact with discharging agencies and give regular updates to the Director of Nursing.
- Our staff is on call after hours and on weekends so our clients will always speak to someone who is aware of their needs. We do not use an offsite after-hours service. Our clients will always speak directly to a staff member.
