Your Career as a Caregiver
A Note about COVID-19
Now, more than ever, it’s clear how essential caregivers really are. The people we serve rely on our caregivers, not just for companionship during a time of isolation, but also for assistance with their basic needs. Without dedicated caregivers, many seniors and adults with disabilities would be left with little support. You can make all the difference.
When you become a caregiver, no day will ever be exactly the same as the last. No matter what type of caregiving you provide, you will always have a wide variety of duties and experiences.
And that’s important to us.
Caregivers are the heart of our organization. We know our company couldn’t exist without you, which is why it’s so important to us to keep your passion strong and to ensure your needs are met.

10 Year Anniversary
When it comes to dedication, dignity, strength and resilience, there is no caregiver at Right at Home of Central New Jersey who is any better than George. He has just celebrated his 10-year anniversary with us.
In mid-2018, George lost his mother and, although hurting and grieving from the loss, he told us that he would not leave his client alone and stayed on the job continuously.
We know George believes that we are tasked with taking care of others as we would want others to take care of us and believes he finally found his calling when he started working with our elderly clients. The motto of Right at Home of Central New Jersey is and always has been that we will take care of your family the way we would want others to take care of our own family and George lives that with his actions and devotion every day.
As a live-in caregiver, George has helped so many of our clients, including some who were facing end-of-life struggles. The family of every single client that he has helped has called us to sing his praises and tell us how much he came to mean to the family member and the family.
George is an excellent brand ambassador and example of what our company is all about: caring, compassion, kindness. In fact, when any client that George has helped has passed away, or no longer needed care, he will refuse to work for any other company and waits until we find another case for him to begin.
We at Right at Home of Central New Jersey consider ourselves so fortunate and blessed that George came to us and has become such a very valuable part of our team, appreciated by all of us here as well as his clients. He has told us time and time again that his home is Right at Home of Central New Jersey and that will always be the case. Knowing that makes us all so incredibly grateful to George.
