Right at Home of Central New Jersey is so pleased to announce that Sophia is our December Employee of the Month.

Sophia has been with us just over a year and is an exemplary caregiver. She started with us as a companion and, while working with our clients on cases, studied to become a CHHA. She recently received her CHHA license and we're so proud of her for that.

Whenever we need someone to fill in on a shift or to pick up a last minute shift we can always depend upon Sophia to help us out!

She is very dependable and dedicated to her clients. Her skills are stellar and she has such a great attitude that it affects everyone she encounters in a positive way.

We are so very pleased that Gilliard is our Right at Home of Central New Jersey Caregiver of the Month!

Besides being an excellent and compassionate caregiver, Gilliard is very reliable and dependable. She works with our clients who require live-in care and we know that their families appreciate knowing that their loved one is in excellent hands with Gilliard.

When we need someone to fill in for another caregiver - sometimes on very short notice - we know that we can count on Gilliard to be there for us. We consider ourselves very lucky that she has chosen to be part of our team.

Meet Mata Our fabulous Right at Home Caregiver of the Month! Mata is a highly dependable caregiver who is passionate about every client she cares for. She always goes above and beyond! She is quick to accept any shifts that need to be filled. We are so proud to see Mata living our Right at Home mission to improve in the quality of life for those we serve.

Patience always makes herself available for her clients – every day of the week. Patience is the caregiver I turn to when I need someone to go to one client for two hours just to make sure they are ok because another caregiver called out and she goes before attending to her regular schedule. She is attentive to her clients’ needs and always goes above and beyond for them and reports back to the office with relevant information during and after her assignments so that we can assist in making sure the client has a wonderful experience with Right at Home.

Introducing the Right at Home of Central New Jersey caregiver of the month July 2022. Thank you Andrew for all that you do! Your client and his family can not praise you enough - stating that you go above and beyond does not nearly express what you do for your client. You are changing his life! We at Right at Home love having you as a part of our Right at Home family!

Safiya was chosen as the caregiver of the month because of the calm way she approached a frightening situation. Safiya arrived to her clients home for her regular shift only to find the door open and her client not in the house or anywhere to be found. Her client has dementia and she wandered away from her home early in the morning. Safiya took immediate action knowing that her client should have been at home waiting for her arrival. Safiya called 911, and began her door to door search of the neighborhood before the police arrived. Luckily, our client had wandered to a neighbors house and was safe inside when found. Safiya stayed calm and followed all of the appropriate protocols and when she found our client, approached her as if nothing was wrong and walked her back to her own home, unscathed.

ALLUSINE! The ultimate caregiver! Please help me and our Right at Home family congratulate Al on his achievement of being selected as our CAREGIVER OF THE MONTH.

This recognition is well deserved as Al is incredibly dedicated to his clients. His warmth and affection are contagious.

Rebecca has been with Right at Home of Central New Jersey since 2018. She has had many long term clients, all who’ve adored her. In the past few months, Rebecca has been dedicated to her clients. She’s worked with Covid clients, through snow storms, and even taking on extra and last minute shifts.
