Smashing Out Alzheimer’s Nov 25 2017
We would love to have you participate with us in the Holiday Fair portion of our SMASH OUT ALZHEIMER’S EVENT. There will be refreshments for sale to make the day extra special!

Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Location: Allaire Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, 115 Dutch Lane Rd, Freehold New Jersey 07728
Fees: $2 to smash or paint a pumpkin
There will be bands covering Smashing Pumpkin and Glen Campbell songs. A raffle will also be held at the event.
If you would like to host a table (basket donations for the raffle are also welcome!) and help raise money for a great cause, the tables are $100 each (you may need to bring your own table). Interested party please mail the following information to Beth Sholom along with a check addressed to the Alzheimer’s New Jersey by October 15, 2017:
