Dr. Srour's journey in audiology began with a strong commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with hearing loss. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for excellence in diagnostic assessments, hearing aid fittings, and auditory rehabilitation. In addition, she holds advanced certification in Cochlear Implants and professional certification in Ear Cleanings.
In 2018, Dr. Srour started her practice Your Home Audiologist which serves patients state-of-the-art audiology care in the comfort of their Homes. Her patient-centered at home approach emphasizes empathy, communication, and collaboration to ensure optimal outcomes for her patients and their families.
As a professional partner with Right at Home, Dr. Srour is dedicated to upholding the company's commitment to excellence and innovation in audiological care. She is excited to collaborate with her colleagues to implement evidence-based practices, enhance patient experiences, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

In her free time, Dr. Srour enjoys exploring trails and hikes across Monmouth County, making homemade soap bars, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
