Welcome to Right at Home’s in-home care services in Gratiot County, serving Alma, Breckenridge, St. Louis, and surrounding communities.   Right at Home can help you or your loved-one stay safe, stay independent and stay at home by developing a customized care plan for those whose capacity for self-care is limited due to chronic illness; injury; physical, cognitive, or mental disability; or other health-related conditions.

Gratiot County is home to Alma College, MidMichigan Medical Center - Gratiot hospital and Masonic Pathways, an independent, assisted living and skilled nursing facility, as well as other assisted living communities and organizations that service seniors.

Right at Home is active in Gratiot County, participating in various health fairs and other events.  Right at Home is also active in a local networking group for organization serving seniors in Gratiot, Isabella and Clare counties called Compassionate Associates Reaching the Elderly (CARE).

Right at Home helps St. Louis, I Breckenridge, and Alma residents age in place and stay at home by helping with non-medical home care.  Our staff of award-winning caregivers help with tasks that are harder to do as we age or are recovering from an injury or illness.  We can help with chores around the house, laundry, meal preparation, transportation (including errands, appointments or just getting out to the community), medications and personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.  Our staff can also assist a family by providing respite care.
