Some of the ways we recognize employees include:
Celebrations
Holidays and Special Events: At Right at Home, we like to celebrate! We have many team events centered around holidays, monthly recognition events or just for the fun of it! Caregivers and their families join us at our annual summer picnic, Halloween trunk-or-treating, and Thanksgiving and Christmas lunches. We also have themed events like caregiver breakfasts, tailgates and more!
Birthdays & Work Anniversaries: Special days, such as birthdays and work anniversaries, should be recognized!
Individual Recognition Programs
RightMission Award: This award is for caregivers who go the extra mile in helping us advance our mission of enabling clients to live safely and independently in their homes. It is given in recognition for going above and beyond in serving their clients
RisingStar Award: The RisingStar Award is granted to recently hired caregivers who have done an outstanding job in their first month with Right at Home – Northern Michigan and have met the criteria for this award.
ShootingStar Award: The ShootingStar Award is given to newer caregivers who continue to show excellence after two months with Right at Home and meet the set award criteria.
RightStar Award: RightStar Awards recognize caregivers who meet several requirements at 90 days of service and beyond, along with being seen as someone other caregivers can look up to.
Quality Survey Awards: Home Care Pulse publishes reports every month. We love to recognize employees who receive positive reviews from their clients through these surveys!
Caregiver of the Year: This award recognizes a caregiver who has consistently gone above and beyond throughout the year. Our office’s Caregiver of the Year is also nominated for the prestigious national Right at Home Caregiver of the Year award, competing with other employees across the country for a $5,000 prize!
Advancement Bonus and Pay Increases: We want to recognize the time and effort you put into developing your skills! Employees who meet our advancement criteria receive bonuses and hourly wage increases.
