Right at Home is excited to be working with the Alzheimer’s Association to put on the event titled Dementia Conversations:  Driving, Doctor Visits, Legal & Financial Planning. This event highlights important items to consider after early diagnosis and includes CEU’s for healthcare professionals.  In addition to the Alzheimer’s Association, the event is co-sponsored by Great Lakes Caring, the Saginaw Commission on Aging and New Hope Valley Assisted Living & Memory Care
