Spotlighting Our Caregivers

Shaniqah lives in Tupelo and has 2 boys, Marquavious and Aiden, and 2 girls, Aaliyah and Addison. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family. She is friendly and loves to shop and meet new people.

Shaniqah joined our team in 2023, and has been a caregiver going on 2 years. She has certianly found a calling in the home care industry. Shaniqah’s clients say she is a “Godsend” and “the best thing that could’ve have happened to their family”!

Shaniqah is not only an asset to her primary clients but has been very helpful to the Right at Home team as she is always willing to help in a moment’s notice provide quality care to those in need.

Kimberley is from Jackson, TN. She currently lives in Booneville with her husband Phillip and children, Nickolas, Charliey, and Addy. Kimberley has been a caregiver for 13 years, 2 years being with Right at Home, and loves helping people. Listening to Kimberley talk about her clients leaves you with a peace of mind. Her heart for people is so strong, you can feel the joy she brings. When Kimberley calls or comes by the office, we are left with laughter and love!

Hattie lives in Tupelo with her husband Frankie and has 2 daughters, Camika and Cassedra. Hattie joined the Right at Home team in 2023 and has been a caregiver over 4 years. She loves providing companionship and emotional supportive support to her clients and she says caregiving gives her a more joyful life!

Hattie didn’t take long to feel Right at Home and develop a deep bond with her clients and their families. She is passionate, ambitious, reliable, and organized. She loves to volunteer, spend time with God, and improve herself. There is not a shortage of reasons Hattie was nominated as May’s Caregiver Spotlight; she is a light to those she cares for.

Mechele is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but now calls Corinth, MS home. She is blessed with a nephew and 8 babies that she adores, and a cat named Golden. Mechele enjoys cooking, listening to music, and spending time with family. Mechele joined the Right at Home family in 2022 and has developed close bonds with those she cares for.

Mechele is very unique from the spelling of her name to her selflessness. She would give the shirt off her back and loves to help people. One of Mechele’s favorite accomplishments is that she was able to take classical vocal lessons from a teacher who attended Juliard. Mechele loves improving the quality of life for her clients and making them smile a little bit more.

Jerrica joined the Right at Home team in 2018. She is from New Albany with her daughter, LI,Ana. When she isn’t working, Jerrica loves spending time with her daughter and crafting. She is very loving, kindhearted, encouraging, and understanding. There isn’t a day you will not find Jerrica will a smile on her face.

Jerrica has spent the last 8 years as a caregiver and the thought of making someone’s day gives her true joy. Her goal is to continue being the best person she can be daily. Jerrica is unique and optimistic! Her long-time clients love and cherish she joy she gives them!

We are happy to celebrate Moesha as our February Caregiver Spotlight! Moesha is from Ebenezer, MS and relocated to Tupelo in 2020. She is married to Casey and has one child, Cayson and enjoys spending time with family.

Moesha has been a caregiver for 3 years and joined the Right at Home team in 2022. Moesha has a love for helping others and wants to be a blessing to them. Moesha brings professionalism, compassion, and experience as she cares for her clients. Her client’s say Moesha is very deserving of this accomplishment and is a great asset to their family.

Libby joined Right at Home in August and lives in Tupelo. Libby spent a large part of her life working at a local bank. She became a caregiver as she cared for her mother and friend both diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease and then her dear husband for 10-12 years.

Libby’s life experiences make her extraordinary in caring for others. She has a genuine heart of a caregiver. Libby’s favorite accomplishment was becoming a Christian and her wish would be to see someone saved as well. Libby enjoys reading the Bible and always has a joyful spirit.

Leigh Ann is from Booneville, MS and is married to James. She always has her hands and heart full with her animals and caring for children. Leigh Ann enjoys spending time with family and if she had one wish, it would be peace on Earth and that everyone would love like Jesus.

Leigh Ann has been part of the Right at Home Team for more than 2 years. She was nominated for Caregiver Spotlight for her great companionship and genuine compassion of her clients. We have watched Leigh Ann grow and learn so much and look forward to her becoming even better in the years to come!

Lori is from Ann Arbor, MI but now resides in Iuka. She is blessed with 2 sons and 2 grandchildren! Lori joined the Right at Home team in 2020, although she has been a caregiver for over 20 years. Becoming a caregiver is a great accomplishment for Lori and she loves hearing stories about her client’s childhood. She has gained great experience over the years that have helped her gain the trust of her clients and provide the best quality care.

Lori is a cherished member of our team, and her clients adore her. Lori’s nomination of caregiver spotlight stems from her high-quality work ethic, dependability, perseverance, and her personable approach.

Renita is from Tupelo, MS and cares for her 20-year-old son, Jay. Renita joined the Right at Home team in 2021 and has been a caregiver for 15 years fulfilling her passion for helping people. Renita was nominated for caregiver spotlight and her clients have great appreciation for the impact she has on their lives.
