Congratulations to our October Caregiver Spotlight, Christine!
Christine was born in Illinois and now lives in Nettleton with her husband, Craig and her fur babies, Loki and Freya. Christine has 3 children, Alexandra, Anthony, and Shelly. Her life goal is to make her and her family’s life the best it can be.
Christine has been a caregiver for over 20 years and has been part of the Right at Home team since 2019. Christine is very unique, not just because of her northern accent, but because of the joy she leaves behind. She is crafty, caring, and brings a smile with her everywhere. I’m almost certain the contagious smile carries through to her client’s entire day.

Congratulations to our September Caregiver Spotlight, Jennifer!
Jennifer lives in Ripley with her husband Tommy, and her children Andrew and Natalie. They are animal lovers and have 5 pets including 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a turtle. Jennifer loves chocolate, the color teal, gardening, and has a “healthy obsession” with plants and snowmen. Jennifer’s personality is never hidden, she is a positive light in the world around her.
Jennifer has been a caregiver and PCA with Right at Home for almost 2 years. Jennifer has recently earned a new title with the company, Star 5 Caregiver. Jennifer completed her 5 Star program efficiently, even during the pandemic. We are so proud of Jennifer! She was nominated by her dear client, as you see; Jennifer is well-deserving! We are grateful to have Jennifer’s heart and upbeat personality on the Right at Home Team!
Congratulations to our August Caregiver Spotlight, Haley!
Haley is from Blue Springs and has 2 dogs Pearl and Marley. Haley is studying for a Respiratory Therapy Degree and has been a caregiver for much of this time. Haley takes on a great responsibility of balancing her work and maintaining her education. Haley is caring and compassionate, and recently emphasized on her selflessness.
Haley has been a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) on the Right at Home Team for almost 2 years. Haley has been recognized for her special efforts during the month of July. She put herself at risk without hesitation for the benefit of her precious client. Soon after she dedicated herself again to this family during a special scenario. We are proud of Haley’s accomplishments thus far and know those she cares for feel the same.
Congratulations to our July Caregiver Spotlight, Elizabeth!
Elizabeth and her husband live in Tupelo, MS and have 1 daughter. Elizabeth has been part of the Right at Home team almost 7 years but has been a caregiver for 20+ years before joining RaH. Elizabeth loves being a caregiver because this means she is helping people. If Elizabeth has ever cared for you, you’d know this to be true. She has a unwavered desire for helping and caring.
Elizabeth is a certified personal care aide for RaH but most of her career was spent working with dialysis patients at a clinic in Tupelo. She also cared for her elderly mother for much of her time with Right at Home until her passing. Elizabeth loves to travel, see her family, relax, and says her final wish would be to “give more”. Elizabeth is a gem, full of love, and a delightful asset to the Right at Home Team!
Congratulations to our June Caregiver Spotlight, Bethany!
Bethany is from Belmont, MS and has 2 children, Triston and Alaina, and a dog, Natasha. Bethany can be known as a unique caregiver with a natural niche for caring and a true servant’s heart. Bethany spends her time giving to her clients, who she loves dearly. She enjoys baking and Christian romance books in her spare time and says her greatest accomplishment is raising her children.
When Bethany became part of the Right at Home team, it did not take long to notice her gift. She loves being a caregiver because it comes naturally and makes her heart happy. Bethany eventually would like to work with hospice patients as well. We are very proud of Bethany and her impact on her clients daily as she improves the quality of life for those she serves.
Congratulations to our May Caregiver Spotlight, Aimree!
Aimree is from Booneville, MS and is in school pursuing a degree in nursing. When she isn’t in class she is caring for her many clients or spending time with friends and family. Aimree raises the bar when it comes to caring and never says no to something new. There is no doubt that we would want Aimree to be our nurse one day.
Aimree’s clients have given the sweetest compliments about her since she started working with Right at Home. Although she is new to caregiving, she is a natural. Aimree was asked a question when she was hired on the Right at Home team: What makes you unique? Her answer was spot on: "My love for people." We are delighted to have Aimree on our team, improving the quality of life for those she serves.
Congratulations to our April Caregiver Spotlight, Kayla!
Kayla is from Tupelo, MS and joined the Right at Home Team in January. She quickly caught the attention of our clients and her co-workers as a being a standout caregiver. Kayla does not just talk about making people happy and bringing smiles, she lives by her mission daily. She is always thinking of others, and even through a hard loss in 2020, she lives each day to serve and care for others. Kayla is one of a kind.
We are so thankful to have Kayla join our team and begin exhibiting the Right at Home Core Values - Approachable, Collaborative, Accountable, Integrity, Authentic. Congratulations to our March Caregiver Spotlight, Lavender!
Lavender lives in Tupelo, MS with her husband Dusty, and her two dogs, Snoopy and Lucky. Lavender has cared for her clients as a CNA with Right at Home for almost 3 years. Lavender lives a “happy life” and feels this is one of her greatest accomplishments.
Lavender loves helping people and bringing a smile out of everyone. Lavender demonstrates the characteristics of a valuable caregiver daily [Approachable, Collaborative, Accountable, Integrity, Authentic]. Lavender is also the primary caregiver to her husband, which only adds to her calling and caring nature. Thank you, Lavender, for making us smile and growing with Right at Home!

Allison is from Guntown and has 2 children, Maggie and Emma. Allison has been a caregiver for about 10 years and joined the Right at Home Team in 2019. Allison’s dedication to her work never goes unnoticed. Allison is always just a phone call away and is always eager to care. She has demonstrated all of Right at Home’s Core Values: Approachable, Collaborative, Accountable, Integrity, Authentic. Allison loves taking care of people and knowing she made someone’s day better!
