CPR Training

Hands On CPR Training for Caregivers and the Public

Right at Home of Ventura County strongly believes in educating our caregivers with a wide base of knowledge. One of the ways we do that is through Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, aka CPR training. Our training covers infant, child, and adult procedures for CPR. Caregivers trained in CPR will know what to do in a situation when a client stops breathing and have no pulse. They will know how to start CPR and call 911.

Cynthia Ceron, a member of the Right at Home team, has been teaching CPR independently for seven years and is certified through the American Heart Association. She teaches Right at Home caregivers and the general public to be certified on this lifesaving skill. She founded her business, Occupational CPR, seven years ago out of a passion for teaching lifesaving techniques, and Right at Home supports her in her endeavor. Cynthia has been working in the medical field for about 20 years, as a medical assistant and billing in a clinic, and now as a caregiver now for over six years.

CPR can save lives.

During the training the caregiver will learn how to give CPR, for adult, children and infants and how to used an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator). The class is taught at the Right at Home office.

Upon completion of the class each caregiver receives a certification as they demonstrate the ability to perform CPR as an American Heart Association, Basic Life Support Provider. The certification is good for two years before renewal will be required.

You Can Get Certified Too! Just call Cynthia at 805-389-5320 or visit her website https://occupationalcprventura.com
