Empowering the Caregiver | Oxnard Family Circle

Right at Home will be showcasing the services we offer at a booth at the Empowering the Caregiver session at Oxnard Family Circle. Phil Chandler, owner of Right at Home Ventura County, will present "New Approaches to Memory Care: Dementia and Cognitive Support". 

New approaches to caring for individuals with Dementia can provide a greatly increased quality of life. Right at Home’s Dementia and Cognitive Support program uses a proprietary person-centered care framework to train professional and family caregivers. Working with the family, the client’s ability and family history are used to write a customized care plan which includes lifestyle goals and specific plans to meet these goals.
