Are You Concerned About Your Loved Ones Daily Activity Levels?

PacSana provides 24/7 reassurance and peace of mind through its alerts, mobile app and the metrics it gathers. It features a mobile app with smart alerts, including live fall alerts, activity metrics, and location inside the home. If the button on the bracelet is pressed, family members, neighbors and others in your care circle will receive a notification through the app.

bullet  Health Insights. The PacSana bracelet is a tool that collects movement and location data while your loved one is at home and moving in different areas of their house. This can provide insight into sleep patterns that might be an early sign of a health condition such as a UTI. It also measures activity levels and exercise.


bullet  Fall Detection. If there is a fall, the PacSana bracelet will monitor movement and location for 15 minutes. If the wearer does not move, it will send an alert to the care circle to let them know of a possible fall.

Technology-Enhanced Care pairs Right at Home’s Traditional Care offerings with the PacSana Smart Bracelet and Family App to provide peace of mind, gain insights, and adjust care plans accordingly.

It allows Right at Home to better understand your senior loved one's sleep and activity levels, which can help us better tailor your care plan.

If there is a fall or health event, we have baselines for activity levels before the event so we can work with you to get your loved one back to their health level post-fall. This is a helpful tool for your family that will allow your loved one to remain at home and stay independent longer.

Yes, simply ask our office for an additional bracelet.

We will visit the home to configure the Wi-Fi parameters needed for each gateway in just 15 minutes. Please have the Wi-Fi network name and password readily available.

The portal can be viewed at https://portal-pacsana.azurewebsites.net/ or using the PacSana app which is available in the App and Play Store. Right at Home will setup your login and password and provide it to you so you can see information pertaining to only your loved one's information.
 

To protect the wearer’s privacy, only the location within the home is captured and displayed.

Check that each gateway is plugged in. Also, the gateways need to be located in the high-traffic areas used by your loved one. To move a gateway, simply plug it in at the new location. It will reconnect automatically. Contact our office if the problem persists.

The gateway is not sending data successfully. If the home broadband is working then consider moving the gateway closer to the router. Contact our office if the problem persists.
