- What was your first job? - I first worked in customer service
- How long have you been a caregiver? - 6 years
- How did you get into senior care? - I was working with a sick doctor as a home aide.
- What kind of care services do you provide? - Companion care
- What is the most memorable/rewarding experience in your caregiving career? - Receiving a Thanksgiving card in the mail, expressing how grateful they were for my companionship.
- What gives you the greatest satisfaction at work? - Showing love towards the clients. Giving great care.
- What do you do in your spare time? - I watch TV and read.

- How did you get into senior care? - I have a passion for it while working as a cleaner at a clinic in Ghana
- What kind of care services do you provide? - Companion, Homemaking, Cleaning, transportation, meal prep, Personal care, Hospice care, and Dementia care
- What is the most memorable/rewarding experience in your caregiving career? - Is by caring to client situation and getting the job done
- What gives you the greatest satisfaction at work? - The relation and the acquittance between the client and me
- What do you do in your spare time? - I like to read books and listen to the news

"Lorraine is a kind and compassionate caregiver. Her client and family members speak highly of her and love having her around. Lorraine will go the extra mile for her client. Even if the task seems impossible she always find a way to assist. Lorraine's client was on hospice and needed oxygen regularly. Due to her lovely care, her client came off hospice care after a few months and is doing well. - What was your first job? - Babysitting
- How long have you been a caregiver? - Over 10 years
- How did you get into senior care? - I like to help others, my first experience as a caregiver was helping my friend care for her mother
- What kind of care services do you provide? - Hospice care, meal prep, assist with toilet and showering, walk with client
- What is the most memorable/rewarding experience in your caregiving career? - When I can put a smile on the client's face
- What gives you the greatest satisfaction at work? - When a client tells me that they appreciate me
- What do you do in your spare time? - I like to relax by going to the gym, listening to gospel music, doing art work like knitting, and spending time with my grand children
