Right at Home of Lower Manhattan a LHCSA (Licensed Home Care Services Agency)is looking for a Registered Nurse with LHCSA experience to provide high quality patient care in their home. Our agency provides competitive compensation. This is a per diem position. Schedule is flexible.

Service Areas:
New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island)
Duties:
- As a professional Registered Nurse you will perform health assessments for patients in their home to assess a patient’s health care status and needs
- Monitor and train Aide staff on patient plan of care and infection control
- Provide in-service training for Aide staff
- Completes documentation accurately and submits timely to agency
- Provides the highest quality care in accordance with DOH regulations
Qualifications:
- Current NYS RN license
- Minimum 2 year of LHCSA home health nursing experience
- Ability to travel to patient’s homes
