Right at Home of Lower Manhattan a LHCSA

Right at Home of Lower Manhattan a LHCSA (Licensed Home Care Services Agency)is looking for a Registered Nurse with LHCSA experience to provide high quality patient care in their home. Our agency provides competitive compensation. This is a per diem position. Schedule is flexible.

We believe Registered Nurses (RN) are the heart of our business. Without you, we couldn’t build meaningful relationships with our clients, put a smile on their face or be the highlight of their day.

Service Areas:

New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island)

Duties:

  • As a professional Registered Nurse you will perform health assessments for patients in their home to assess a patient’s health care status and needs
  • Monitor and train Aide staff on patient plan of care and infection control
  • Provide in-service training for Aide staff
  • Completes documentation accurately and submits timely to agency
  • Provides the highest quality care in accordance with DOH regulations

Qualifications:

  • Current NYS RN license
  • Minimum 2 year of LHCSA home health nursing experience
  • Ability to travel to patient’s homes
