"Sandi and her staff with Right at Home were exactly what our family needed to get my mom back on her feet. My mom was sent from a hospital stay to a long term care facility for 2 weeks to assist her in rehabilitation. This 2 week stay did not end well from my mom. She spent the next 3 weeks in CCU mostly on a ventilator. When it was time for her to leave the hospital my mom begged me to take her home. We don’t have any family in Texas and I knew I couldn’t do it alone. I called Sandi and she took it from there. Sandi went above and beyond to help us make the transition from hospital to home. Every step we took, she took with us. Assisting and cheering us on. She worked countless hours to ensure my mom’s care and caregivers were exactly what my mom needed. We had round the clock care for about 5 weeks and the Right at Home staff was always punctual, dependable and loving.

"In home health care assistance was a decision that needed to be made very quickly for our family. When I spoke with the representative from Right at Home I was impressed with the quick response to our situation. When our father was sent home with hospice we knew we needed help and upon arriving at home we were met with Sandi Heintz, the owner, and she was beyond helpful in explaining to us what services her company provided as well as keeping the hospice employee on task. The woman that Right at Home arranged to sit with our father that first night was a very sympathetic and understanding angel! Our father passed away 8 hours after arriving home and Nalli was exceedingly efficient and supportive to our entire family but most especially to our father. No one in our family was equipped to perform the medical task that were required to keep our father comfortable, but Nalli had the skills as well as the heart to lovingly care for him. “It started with my 93 year old father falling and breaking 5 ribs. When he made it to rehab I realized he needed someone by his side 24/7. How could I know that Right at Home would be the answer to my prayers. Every caregiver treated my dad as if he was a member of their family. They stayed by his side when he had to go back to the hospital. They made sure the nursing staff treated him with dignity and respect. Not an easy task at times. They sat by his bed and held his hand when he was fearful and I couldn't be there to comfort him. Always professional, always on time, always going that extra mile. "When I got sick, I knew I needed to have someone come in to help me at times. I'm pleased with them. They come when they tell you they'll come.
