Beyond her professional role, Liz carries a heartwarming personal story – adopted at just 4 days old, she discovered later that her parents' prayers for a child coincided with her mother being one month pregnant with her sister. Driven by a passion for caregiving, Liz found inspiration in the ability of in-home care services to allow individuals to safely remain in the comfort of their homes. Stacie | Director of Care Management
Stacie Hoyles is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in senior living executive management and clinical nursing. Known for her leadership, operational expertise, and compassionate approach, Stacie is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of seniors and empowering the teams who care for them.
From an early age, Stacie felt called to serve the older population, a passion that shaped her career in healthcare. Her journey has been marked by a commitment to improving geriatric care, particularly in dementia education and patient advocacy. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Stacie has trained under renowned experts like Teepa Snow and Dr. Macie Smith, equipping her with advanced knowledge and skills to support patients, families, and caregivers.

Melissa Drews serves as the Right Start Manager at Right at Home NW Houston, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional in-home care for seniors. With a vocational nursing background, Melissa began her career in medical-surgical nursing before transitioning to memory care in assisted living. Her experience in these fields has equipped her with a deep understanding of both clinical and compassionate care, particularly for individuals with complex needs.
