Caregiver

Key Responsibilities
Personal Care – Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Medication Assistance – Remind and assist clients with prescribed medications as directed.
Meal Preparation – Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to client preferences and dietary needs.
Household Support – Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and other tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Companionship – Build meaningful relationships through conversation, activities, and emotional support.
Mobility Assistance – Help with transferring, walking, and positioning as needed.
Transportation – Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or social outings as required.
Observation and Reporting – Monitor changes in health or behavior and promptly report concerns to the appropriate team members or family.
Specialized Care – Provide support for clients with specific needs, including specialized training in Dementia care and related conditions.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Experience in caregiving (preferred but not required; training may be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
