Right at Home in Northwest Oklahoma City is a locally owned and operated franchise of Right At Home, Inc. Owners Greg and Crystal Self are excited to provide the highest quality senior care services for the neighbors they love in the community where they live. The Self's have had successful professional careers which they have enjoyed tremendously. In their professional and personal lives together, Greg and Crystal have felt the call to serve others and have always done whatever they could to assist those in need. They always felt there had to be more that they could do.
Jamie Baade | Office Manager, HR
Jamie Baade is the Office Manager for Right At Home Oklahoma City. Her journey with Right at home began in 2011 as a caregiver and Caregiver Recruiter. Jamie rejoined the staff after graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in business management and a focus in marketing in 2015. Jamie enjoys connecting with seniors and their families and looking for solutions to make life easier for them. Jamie and her husband, Cade, enjoy spending time with their new daughter and love their family time. They enjoy spending time outside, going to the lake, and being with other family members.
Tylynn Sliger LPN | Director of Quality
Tylynn was born in Ventura, California and moved to the great state of Oklahoma in 2008. Throughout her life she has always been one to put other needs first, to make sure everyone is taken care of. “I just knew it was my calling to become a Nurse.” When the opportunity arose to attend Caddo Kiowa Technology Center she did not think twice about applying. As a Nurse she strives to ensure the needs of every client is met. In her spare time, she loves to be with family and friends. Being outdoors is a must!
Tylynn has worked with Right at Home for two years while studying for her LPN. She joined our team full time as a caregiver and trainer.
Chris Waggamann | Director of Human Resources
Chris is our Director of Human Resources. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has earned her Senior Certified Professional certification. Chris is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University and has a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership. Chris has 29 years of Human Resource experience and 21 years of Staffing experience. Chris is motivated by her desire to encourage and assist others. She enjoys spending time with close family and friends.
Mariana Spear | Recruiter
Mariana Spear is the recruiter for Right at Home in Oklahoma City. Her experience with HR has allowed her to recognize a passion for interviewing candidates; and she strives to provide a great experience throughout the selection process. Her skills help her to identify a candidate with the vocation in their requested field. She is a 2021 graduate from the Uninorte University in Columbia, and she has a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Mariana not only enjoys connecting with great candidates, but she also has the ability to paint and create things, like delicious chocolate strawberries. Mariana and her husband, Daniel, have a happy and lovely son; and they enjoy traveling to view the ocean and go to the beach.
Annette Burgess, RN | Registered Nurse
Annette brings 37 years of nursing experience to Right At Home’s clients and care providers. She is a natural caregiver and has worked in hospital patient care, surgery settings, nursing homes, home health, and hospice. Annette meets clients and their families to begin care. She assesses the condition and needs of clients, creates care plans, monitors documentation, and offers expertise when change happens. She loves to teach and use her skills and knowledge to help. Annette is an avid reader, loves to crochet for others, follow her favorite sports teams, and spend time with her dog Angelbaby.
Jessica Smith | Client Services
Jessica has been in the healthcare field for over 15 years. Driven by her personal achievements and future goals, Jessica is committed to providing exceptional healthcare services and advocating for the well-being of others. Motivated by her passion for helping others, Jessica has decided to go back to school to become a nurse. Outside of her career aspirations, Jessica is a mother of three children, who most of her time is spent with.
Shelby Watkins | Asst. After Hours Care Coordinator
Shelbi is our Assistant After Hours Care Coordinator. She started her journey with Right At Home as a caregiver in 2022. She is a compassionate soul on a mission to uplift others and is always ready to lend a helping hand. Shelbi attends Rose State College pursuing an Associate Degree in Applied Science. In her free time, she enjoys painting and spending time with her family and two children.”
